Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Who we are
This website, calvernhq.com, is run by Calvern LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Calvern LLC. This policy explains what information the site collects and how we use it.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
The site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. It has no forms and no accounts. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow your activity on other websites.
Information our hosting provider records
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel’s servers automatically record standard request data:
- your IP address
- your browser and device type (the user agent)
- the page requested
- the date and time of the request
Vercel uses this data to deliver the site, keep it running and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not combine it with other information to identify you.
Email you send us
If you email contact@calvernhq.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. Our email provider handles these messages for us. We use them to respond to you and keep them as part of our business records.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or advertising. We disclose it only to the providers that host the site and handle our email, to professional advisers who keep it confidential, when the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent misuse, or to a successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep information
We keep emails as part of our ordinary business records and delete them when they are no longer needed. Request data is kept by Vercel under its own retention practices.
Do Not Track (California disclosure)
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. The site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so Do Not Track signals do not change how it behaves. No third parties collect information about your online activities over time or across websites through this site.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
